What size should I order?
Use the size chart as a guide. If you are under 150lbs it is best to size down for a better fit. If you are still unsure, TEXT us (626) 716-4594 your exact Height & Weight and we’ll recommend the best size.
When will I receive my order?
Cap & Gowns ordered in April will begin to ship in May. Any orders after April please allow 1-7 days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. Please be sure you have entered your shipping address correctly, include the Apt/Suite #. Be sure you have your order shipped to a safe and secure location.
Once your order has been shipped it will take about 1-2 business days to arrive. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
I didn’t get a tracking number, where is it?
Tracking Numbers are emailed once your order has shipped. Be sure you’ve entered your email correctly. Also, check your Junk/Spam Folder. If you still do not have the tracking email, please contact Achievers.
My tracking number says my order has been delivered but it is not here, what do I do?
Check “hiding places” around your front door or even a neighbor’s house. Stolen packages are an unfortunate common occurrence. We are NOT responsible for Lost/Stolen packages. Please contact us if this has happened.
My Cap & Gown doesn’t fit, what do I do?
In general, Gowns run big. They are meant to be loose fitting. If it is “too big” or in some cases “too small” please contact us so we can make arrangements to get the correct size.
Cap & Gown Order Details
- All online orders for shipping must be submitted by June 4, 2026, to ensure your shipment arrives on time.
- If you prefer to order online and pick it up in person, or if you have missed the shipping deadline, in-store pick-up will be available from June 8th to June 11th between 9am and 4pm. Please make sure to order online and complete your payment prior to visiting the store.
